	From what I've heard, LMMS has a microtuner option in the settings for each instrument, but only on a brand-new nightly alpha version, which refuses to work at least for me. But on the older versions than that, microtones are still supported with the ZynAddSubFX plugin (but only that one, so you are restricted to chiptune-ish instruments basically). You can also just manually detune instruments if everything else fails.
