			: I think Overthink's point is that you need to consider the odd limit because of the definition of essentially tempered chords, and you need to show that the temperament effectively lowers the chord's odd limit (by providing equivalences between intervals, which expands the consonance set). I agree that it doesn't make sense in this case, because 99/64 wasn't a target interval to start with, and it doesn't lower the odd limit either.
