New page

A 15-odd-limit pentadekany. This creates a scale of 1 65/64 33/32 13/12 9/8 39/32 5/4 11/8 45/32 143/96 3/2 13/8 55/32 11/6 15/8 2/1, with steps of 65/64 66/65 104/99 27/26 13/12 40/39 11/10 45/44 143/135 144/143 13/12 55/52 16/15 45/44 16/15. This does have plenty of good intervals, including 8 perfect fifths, but the number of closely clustered comma steps is also quite significant, particularly around the root, giving you quite a few options to create chorused sounds or more subtle disonnances.
